- Our services are an ongoing monthly subscription. Your credit card or bank account is automatically charged via Stripe each month.
- There is no contract, and you can cancel at any time.
- You will have access to a client portal where you can easily update your payment method to a different credit card or bank account when needed.
- Empire Protege works on a performance-based payment structure.
- Our commission is not collected on the entire revenue generated by your store, but only by the revenue we generate via Email Marketing and SMS Marketing.
- Our commission percentage is 10% of the revenue generated via Email Marketing and 10% of revenue generated from SMS Marketing.
- If the store’s total revenue for the month exceeds $500,000 USD, our commission percentage is reduced to 7% for both Email Marketing and SMS Marketing.
